Bets are only valid once they have been accepted and confirmed by the six777 system. A confirmation message will be displayed and the amount deducted from your account balance at the time of acceptance. In the event of a system error preventing confirmation, the bet is not valid and no amount should be deducted from your balance. If you notice a discrepancy, contact support immediately.

• All accepted bets are binding regardless of any subsequent change in odds.
• six777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market affected by a clear error in odds — players will be notified and the stake returned.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, six777 will notify the account holder and provide an opportunity to respond unless doing so would compromise the investigation.

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting six777 support. This is also the process for requesting self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy. When an account is closed at your request with a positive PKR balance, that balance will be returned to you via your last used withdrawal method within five business days, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

• Accounts closed due to confirmed Terms and Conditions violations will have their balances voided.
